If you decide to choose us based on the initial visualizations for free, we will create a personalized price offer for the development of your CUSTOM PROJECT. PROJECTS are charged – they include complete visualizations, furniture drawings, selection of furniture and materials. The price is individual, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.

Our project phase at TRIDESIGN interior studio is a carefully structured process that begins with the initial sketch and ends with the final execution.
• Initial Sketches: In this phase, the first sketches are born from your ideas and needs. The visual concept begins to take shape.
• Visualisations: Next comes the detailed 3D visualization, where the design approaches reality. This stage allows for a better idea of the final space.
• Technical Documentation: With a precise focus on technical details, we create detailed plans, sections, and installation designs. This documentation is crucial for the implementation of the design.
• Selection of Materials and Furniture: We carefully select materials and furniture that meet both design and functional requirements, ensuring that everything aligns with the overall concept of the interior.
• Complete Furniture and Accessories Design: We create custom designs, from individual pieces of furniture to decorations and accessories that highlight the uniqueness of the space.
Each step is carried out with an emphasis on detail, quality, and innovative solutions, ensuring that the final realization will precisely meet your expectations and be both functionally and aesthetically perfect.
After completing the project phase and once you are satisfied with the final design, the key step follows: submission of the complete project and price offer. At this stage, we will provide you with detailed documents that include technical plans, visualizations, and the specification of all materials and interior elements. You will also receive a detailed price offer reflecting the costs associated with the implementation of the proposed solution. This document serves as the foundation for your decision and the next steps toward realizing your new interior.

After carefully reviewing and approving the project and price offer, the stage of signing the order follows. This step formalizes your decision to proceed with the implementation of the interior according to the TRIDESIGN proposal. By signing the order, the agreed terms, scope of work, final price, and timeline for implementation are confirmed. With this action, you also give the green light to begin preparations for the realization – from ordering materials and components to coordinating the work.
Deposits are set individually: usually 60% after signing the binding order, 30% before the start of installation, 10% after completion.
After signing the order, we begin with a thorough measurement of the space. Based on this measurement, we create detailed technical documentation necessary for production. This documentation includes all technical drawings, designs, and specifications that are crucial for precise and high-quality custom production. It is an essential phase that ensures all elements of the interior will be meticulously crafted and seamlessly installed into your space.
THE PROJECT is based on the technical documentation of the building, and PRODUCTION requires the space to be measured with millimeter precision before production (the technical supervisor responsible for the measurements is accountable for the production).
The production time for custom interior elements and furniture at TRIDESIGN varies depending on the complexity of the project. It usually takes 2 to 3 months, allowing us to maintain high quality standards while dedicating attention to the careful execution of every detail. Our priority is to ensure that each piece is perfectly crafted and meets all your aesthetic and functional requirements.
After production is completed, the implementation phase begins – the installation of the created elements at the client's location. This stage is crucial for the successful completion of the entire project, as it includes the final assembly and installation of furniture, the placement of accessories, and final adjustments. It may also involve technical preparation: new drywall partitions, new electrical wiring, water distribution, etc. Our teams focus on efficient and clean work with attention to detail to ensure that the client is fully satisfied with the final result.
After the installation and all work are completed, the handover of the implementation to the client follows. This step includes the final cleaning of the space to ensure it is delivered in perfect condition. Professional photography of the completed interior is often also carried out, which can be used for the company's portfolio or for marketing purposes, including presentation to real estate companies (by arrangement). The entire process is thus concluded with an emphasis on the highest quality and customer satisfaction.
